Infusion
is a family owned and operated restaurant. Lonnie and Claire
Shepard had always dreamed of opening their own restaurant.
In December 2006, their dream became a reality. Lonnie the Executive
Chef of Infusion, has been cooking for 24 years. He specializes
in island style seafood and is an artist with food. He met his
wife at Dove Canyon Country Club, and ever since they have been
an amazing team. Lonnie and Claire previously owned Pacific
Blue Catering, and were the exclusive caterers for the Dana
Point Yacht Club. After discovering Ladera Ranch, Lonnie and
Claire knew it was the perfect location to complete their vision
of an upscale, fun, welcoming restaurant. |
